Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order before it has been shipped for a full refund.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
Returns
We accept returns if:
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- The item is missing parts or accessories.
To request a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns for:

- Beauty, skincare, and personal care items
- Health supplements
- Perishable goods
- Gift cards
- Items marked as Non-Returnable

Exchanges
